This Order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibited Goods) Order (2003 Citation Revision). 2. The import of rice, sugar and cement is prohibited, except with the Import of rice, etc. permission of the Governor, from countries of origin other than- Costa Rica Puerto Rico Dominican Republic Republic of Honduras Haiti United Kingdom and Commonwealth Countries Israel United States of America Mexico Venezuela 3. The import of marine radio transmitting equipment for operation in the A.M. Import of marine radio Mode only within the bands 1605 and 4000 kHz is prohibited. transmitting equipment 4. (1) The import of any omnibus is prohibited unless such omnibus Import of omnibuses conforms with the following conditions- (a) all passenger doors for normal use must be located on the near- side of such omnibus; (b) no door for normal use, other than one door for the exclusive use of the driver, may be located on the off-side of such omnibus; (c) an adequate number of emergency exits must be provided; (d) all doors and emergency exits must be clearly marked on the inside and outside and must be capable of being readily opened from the outside of such omnibus; (e) passenger doors must be so contrived as to be incapable of opening accidentally while the omnibus is in motion; and (f) passenger doors for normal use must be equipped with handrails, steps and lighting of a strength and design sufficient to ensure the safety of passengers making use thereof. (2) In sub-paragraph (1)- “door” includes a door giving access to a luggage compartment. 5.
