PUBLISHING DETAILS Page 2 SL 9 of 2024 c Local Companies (Control) (Fees) Regulations, 2024 Regulation 1 CAYMAN ISLANDS Local Companies (Control) Act (2019 Revision) LOCAL COMPANIES (CONTROL) (FEES) REGULATIONS, 2024 (SL 9 of 2024) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Local Companies (Control) Act (2019 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — 1. Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Companies (Control) (Fees) Regulations, 2024. 2. Fees 2. Processing fee for an application for a licence pursuant to $500 section 10(2) of the Act for all categories of applicants 2. Licence fee pursuant to section 10(2) of the Act for all $12,500 categories of applicants with the exception of accountants and bulk fuel installation businesses 3. Licence fee pursuant to section 10(2) of the Act for $5,000 accountants 4. Licence fee pursuant to section 10(2) of the Act for bulk $25,000 fuel installation businesses 5. Annual licence fee pursuant to section 13(1) of the Act for $12,500 all categories of applicants with the exception of accountants and bulk fuel installation businesses 6. Annual licence fee pursuant to section 13(1) of the Act for $5,000 accountants 7.
