Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Roads (Forms for Compensation) Regulations (1998 Revision). 2. Forms 2. (1) A notice of intention to claim compensation under section 9(1) shall be in Form A in the Schedule. (2) A claim for compensation under section 9(2) shall be in Form B in the Schedule.
