(1) This Order may be cited as the Design Rights Publication Fees Order, Citation and commencement 2017. (2) This Order comes into force immediately after the Law comes into force. 2. The Schedule to the Law is amended in Part 2 by inserting after item 4 the Amendment of Schedule to the Law following item - “5. Fee for publication a document required to be $50” published by the Registrar in the Gazette in support of any registration, appeal, proceeding or other matter relating to a design right Made in Cabinet this 17th day of May, 2017.
