Banks may not take business assets as a pledge from certain debtors covered by, or applying for, the listed restructuring plan. For future matters, the interest rate may not exceed 6% and the commission may not exceed 0.5%. A penalty clause for late repayment is prohibited. This decision takes effect on the day it is published in the Mémorial.
