Statute overview

About this statute

This is the preamble of the law of 11 April 2005, introducing the law and its stated purpose. This article adds a new paragraph about the Eurojust unit and the national member at Eurojust. The Luxembourg member of Eurojust is chosen from judicial magistrates with more than ten years’ seniority, works under the supervision and direction of the prosecutor general, serves for four years, may be renewed, and must send an annual report to the Minister of Justice and the prosecutor general.
