This text is the preamble to a law amending the Labour Code to adapt measures supporting youth employment. This article amends article L. 524-1 of the Labour Code. This article deletes the words “and receives two days of leave per month” from Article L. 524-4. Job seekers with a reinsertion-employment contract are entitled to the leave that applies in their company, possibly prorated to the contract length.
