About this statute

This ministerial regulation sets a temporary traffic arrangement for the CR350 between Feulen and Welscheid because of roadworks. Access to the CR350 between Feulen and Welscheid is banned in both directions for vehicle and animal traffic during the works, except for local residents and their suppliers. After the works are finished, the road section reopens. Until horizontal road markings are installed, the maximum speed is 70 km/h and drivers of motor vehicles may not overtake other motor vehicles, except two-wheeled motorcycles without sidecars and mopeds. Breaches of this regulation are punished under article 7 of the amended law of 14 February 1955 on traffic regulation. The regulation takes effect on the day it is published in the Memorial.
