[ ] DIPerbUAT oleh Parlimen Malaysia seperti yang berikut: Tajuk ringkas dan permulaan kuat kuasa 1. (1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Kawalan Bekalan (Pindaan) 2015. (2) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta. Pindaan seksyen 6 2. Akta Kawalan Bekalan 1961 [Akta 122], yang disebut “Akta ibu” dalam Akta ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan perenggan 6(2)(k) dengan perenggan yang berikut: “(k) limiting the quantity of any controlled article which may be acquired or held by any person or class of persons including providing for the registration of the person 4 Undang-Undang Malaysia AktA A1473 or class of persons, the issuance of user cards by the Controller or any person authorized by the Controller, and the imposition of conditions, fees or charges in respect of the issuance of the user cards;”. Pindaan seksyen 20 3. Seksyen 20 Akta ibu dipinda— (a) dalam subseksyen (4), dengan menggantikan perkataan “or other person authorized by the said subsection to carry out the search and” dengan perkataan “, the supplies officer or the police officer not below the rank of Inspector and”; dan (b) dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (4) subseksyen yang berikut: “(5) Any vehicle, vessel or other article, by means of which an offence has been committed under this section or which is intended to be used for the commission of the offence, may be removed by the Controller, the supplies officer or the police officer not below the rank of Inspector and, if not claimed within one month of the removal, may be sold or disposed of by the Controller as he thinks fit, and the proceeds of such sale, if any, shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.”. Pindaan seksyen 22 4. Seksyen 22 Akta ibu dipinda— (a) dalam subseksyen (1)— (i) dengan menggantikan perkataan “one hundred thousand” dengan perkataan “one million”; dan (ii) dengan menggantikan perkataan “two hundred and fifty thousand” dengan perkataan “three million”; dan Kawalan Bekalan (Pindaan) 5 (b) dalam subseksyen (2)— (i) dengan menggantikan perkataan “two hundred and fifty thousand” dengan perkataan “two million”; dan (ii) dengan menggantikan perkataan “five hundred thousand” dengan perkataan “five million”. Pindaan seksyen 26 5. Seksyen 26 Akta ibu dipinda— (a) dalam subseksyen (1)— (i) dengan menggantikan perenggan (a) dengan perenggan yang berikut: “ (a) any controlled article, in respect of which the offence has been committed, which has been seized by or has otherwise come into the possession of the Controller or any person acting under his authority;”; dan (ii) dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan (a) perenggan yang berikut: “ (aa) any property of the accused, vehicle, vessel or other article, by means of which the offence has been committed or which is intended to be used for the commission of an offence against this Act; or”; dan (b) dalam subseksyen (2), dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “proceeds of sale,” perkataan “property of the accused,”.
