Artikel 2 De vaststelling van de begrotingsstaat geschiedt in duizenden euro’s. Artikel 3 Het verplichtingenbedrag bedoeld in artikel 5, eerste lid van de Financiëleverhoudingswet (Fvw) ter zake van de algemene uitkering wordt voor het uitkeringsjaar 2020 vastgesteld op 2.286.685.000. De verplichtingenbedragen bedoeld in artikel 5, tweede lid van de Financiëleverhoudingswet ter zake integratie-uitkeringen en decentralisatieuitkeringen zijn respectievelijk € 0 en € 237.981.000. Artikel 4 Deze wet treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin zij wordt geplaatst en werkt terug tot en met 1 mei 2020.
