Value of Monthly pension due to the following categories shall be determined as follows: 1. The Widow: Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty (2250) Riyals, 2. The Divorced: Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty (2250) Riyals, 3. The needy family: Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty (2250) Riyals and an addition of Nine Hundred (900) Riyals for wife and Five Hundred and Forty (540) Riyals for each child. 4. The Disabled: One Thousand and Two Hundred (1200) riyals. 5. The Orphan: Seven Hundred and Fifty (750) riyals. 6. Those with father or both the parents unknown, provided that they are not exceeding seventeen years of age: One Thousand (1000) Riyals. 7. Those with father or both the parents unknown, and they are exceeding seventeen years of age: Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty (2250) Riyals. 8. Unable to work: Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty (2250) Riyals, and an additional Nine Hundred (900) Riyals for wife and Five Hundred and Forty (540) Riyals for each child. 9. Elderly: Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty (2250) Riyals, and an additional Nine Hundred (900) Riyals for wife and Five Hundred and Forty (540) Riyals for each child. 10. The prisoner's family: Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty (2250) Riyals for the wife, and an additional Five Hundred and Forty (540) Riyals for each child. 11. Abandoned wife: Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty (2250) Riyals 12. Family of the missing: Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty (2250) Riyals for the wife, and an additional Five Hundred and Forty (540) Riyals for each child. This pension is due to these groups, according to the terms and conditions set forth in Law No. (38) of 1995 referred to above. A person due to get the pension, shall submit an annual acknowledgement about his/her social and financial status, to the of Social Security section in the Department of Social Affairs, while renewing the pension disbursement card, according to the model prepared for this purpose, and shall sign the acknowledgement in front of the special officer after verification of his personality and capacity. In case of failure in submitting the acknowledgement in the required format, the payment of the pension shall be suspended. A person due to get the pension due to inability to work, shall advance to the social affairs department for referring to the competent medical authority to sign a medical checkup once every two years, unless the mentioned authority ascertain the impossibility of the recovery. The staff of the Social Security section in the Department of Social Affairs, shall conduct the necessary research, and look at the books, papers and documents necessary, to verify the data, and the availability of the causes of deserving the pension in accordance with the provisions of the Health Law No. 38 of 1995 referred to above The Department of Social Affairs may decide the payment of pension to the wife or one of the children or someone else trusted up on who shall spend on the worthy pension, if the worthy person is found to be unable of disposing the pension due to his/her young age, or health, mental, or moral condition. All competent authorities, within their jurisdiction, shall enforce this law from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette --- تحدد قيمة المعاش الشهري المستحق للفئات التالية وفقاً لما يلي: 1- الأرملة : (2250) ألفان ومائتان وخمسون ريالاً، 2- المطلقة : (2250) ألفان ومائتان وخمسون ريالاً. 3- الأسرة المحتاجة : (2250) ألفان ومائتان وخمسون ريالاً، ويضاف (900) تسعمائة ريال للزوجة و(540) خمسمائة وأربعون ريالاً لكل ولد. 4- المعاق : (1200) ألف ومائتان ريالاً. 5- اليتي م : (750) سبعمائة وخمسون ريالاً. 6- مجهول الأب أو الأبوين ولم يجاوز السابعة عشرة من عمره : (1000) ألف ريال. 7- مجهول الأب أو الأبوين وجاوز السابعة عشرة من عمره : (2250) ألفان ومائتان وخمسون ريالاً. 8- العاجز عن العم ل : (2250) ألفان ومائتان وخمسون ريالاً، ويضاف (900) تسعمائة ريالاً للزوجة، و(540) خمسمائة وأربعون ريالاً لكل ولد. 9- المسن : (2250) ألفان ومائتان وخمسون ريالاً، ويضاف (900) تسعمائة ريالاً للزوجة، و(540) خمسمائة وأربعون ريالاً لكل ولد. 10- أسرة السجي ن : (2250) ألفان ومائتان وخمسون ريالاً للزوجة، ويضاف (540) خمسمائة وأربعون ريالاً لكل ولد. 11- الزوجة المهجور ة : (2250) ألفان ومائتان وخمسون ريالاً. 12- أسرة المفقود : (2250) ألفان ومائتان وخمسون ريالاً للزوجة، ويضاف (540) خمسمائة وأربعون ريالاً لكل ولد. ويستحق هذا المعاش للفئات المذكورة، وفقاً للضوابط والشروط المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم (38) لسنة 1995 المشار إليه. يجب على مستحق المعاش أن يقدم لقسم الضمان الاجتماعي بإدارة الشئون الاجتماعية إقراراً سنوياً عن حالته الاجتماعية والمالية عند تجديد بطاقة صرف المعاش، وفقاً للنموذج المعد لذلك. ويوقع مستحق المعاش الإقرار أمام الموظف المختص، بعد التثبت من شخصيته وصفته، فإذا لم يقدم الإقرار على الوجه المطلوب، أوقف صرف المعاش. يجب على مستحق المعاش، العاجز عن العمل، أن يتقدم إلى إدارة الشئون الاجتماعية لإحالته إلى الهيئة الطبية المختصة لتوقيع الكشف الطبي عليه مرة كل سنتين، مالم تقرر الهيئة المذكورة عدم إمكان شفائه. يقوم موظفو قسم الضمان الاجتماعي، بإدارة الشئون الاجتماعية، بإجراء البحوث اللازمة، والاطلاع على الدفاتر والأوراق والمستندات الضرورية، للتأكد من صحة البيانات، وتوافر أسباب استحقاق المعاش طبقاً لأحكام القانون رقم (38) لسنة 1995 المشار إليه. يجوز لإدارة الشئون الاجتماعية أن تقرر صرف المعاش للزوجة أو أحد الأولاد أو لشخص آخر مؤتمن يتولى إنفاقه على مستحق المعاش، إذا تبين أن مستحق المعاش لا يستطيع أن يحسن التصرف في معاشه لصغر سنه، أو لحالته الصحية، أو العقلية، أو الخلقية. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القرار. ويعمل به إعتباراً من 26/6/1996. وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
