The text of Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 21 of 2006, referred to above, shall be replaced with the following text: “Article 6 The Foundation shall be registered in a special register created for this purpose at the competent notarization authority. Following the presentation by the concerned parties of the receipt of approval from the relevant entity on the type of business that the Foundation conducts, the competent notarization authorityshall declare the Foundationby publishing its memorandum and articles of associationin the Official Gazette . Any amendment to the articles of associationshall be registered and declared.The Foundation may not conduct its business before the completion of the registration and declaration procedures. ” All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall execute this Law which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette . --- يُستبدل بنص المادة ( 6 ) من المرسوم بقانون رقم (21) لسنة 2006 المشار إليه، النص التالي: مادة (6) : "تسجل المؤسسة في سجل خاص ينشأ لهذا الغرض، بالجهة المختصة بتوثيق المحررات، وتتولى تلك الجهة شهر المؤسسة بنشر الوثيقة والنظام الأساسي في الجريدة الرسمية، وذلك بعد تقديم ذوي الشأن ما يفيد موافقة الجهة المختصة بنوع النشاط الذي تباشره المؤسسة، كلما كان النشاط خاضعاً لإشراف مثل هذه الجهة. ويجب تسجيل وشهر أي تعديل في النظام الأساسي. ولا يجوز للمؤسسة مباشرة أعمالها قبل إتمام إجراءات التسجيل والشهر. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القانون. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
