The Committee of Engineers Acceptance and Engineering Consultancy Offices shall be established as follows: Engineer/ Khalid Abdulrahman Al-Saad (Chairperson) A representative of the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning Engineer/ Abdul Aziz Ali Al-Isaac (Vice-Chairperson) A representative of Qatar Petroleum. Engineer/ Saeed Mubarak Al-Qawadri (member) A representative of the Ministry of Energy and Industry. Lt. Engineer/ Ahmad Khalid Al-Ghanim (member) A representative of the Ministry of Interior (General Directorate of Civil Defence). Engineer/ Nasser Ali Al-Muhanadi (member) A representative of the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation. Engineer/ Sultan Jassim Al-Muraikhi (member) A representative of the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning. Engineer/ Mehdi Rashid Al-Dosari (member) A representative of the Public Works Authority. Dr. Engineer/ Mazen Omar Hasnah (member) A representative of Qatar University. Engineer/ Ahmad Jassim Al-Jolo (member) A representative of the Qatar Society of Engineers. Engineer/ Saleh Rashid Mohammed Al-Sulaiti (member) A representative of the Engineering Consultancy Offices The Secretariat of the Committee shall be held by one or more employees of the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning, issued for their delegation and for determination of their remunerations a resolution from the Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning. The Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Members of the Committee shall receive a monthly remuneration as follows: Chairperson: Four thousand (4000) Riyals. Vice Chairperson: Two thousand and five hundred (2500) Riyals. In case of assuming the presidency of any of the meetings of the Committee, five hundred (500) Riyals are added to his monthly remuneration. Member of the Committee: Two thousand and five hundred (2500) Riyals. Where any of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson or members fails to attend one of the meetings, a sum of one fourth of his remuneration shall be deducted for each meeting not attended. All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this resolution and work upon it from the date of its publication in Official Gazette . --- تُشكل لجنة قبول المهندسين ومكاتب الاستشارات الهندسية على النحو التالي: 1- المهندس/ خالد عبدالرحمن آل سعد ممثلاً عن وزارة البلدية والتخطيط العمراني رئيساً 2- المهندس/ عبدالعزيز علي ال اسحاق ممثلاً عن قطر للبترول نائباً للرئيس 3- المهندس/ سعيد مبارك الكواري ممثلاً عن وزارة الطاقة والصناعة عضواً 4- الملازم المهندس/ أحمد خالد الغانم ممثلاً عن وزارة الداخلية (الإدارة العامة للدفاع المدني) عضواً 5- المهندس/ ناصر علي المهندي ممثلاً عن المؤسسة العامة القطرية للكهرباء والماء عضواً 6- المهندس/ سلطان جاسم المريخي ممثلاً عن وزارة البلدية والتخطيط العمراني عضواً 7- المهندس/ مهدي راشد الدوسري ممثلاً عن هيئة الأشغال العامة عضواً 8- الدكتور المهندس/ مازن عمر حسنه ممثلاً عن جامعة قطر عضواً 9- المهندس/ أحمد جاسم الجولو ممثلاً عن جمعية المهندسين القطرية عضواً 10- المهندس/ صالح راشد محمد السليطي ممثلاً عن مكاتب الاستشارات الهندسية." عضواً ويتولى أمانة سر اللجنة موظف أو أكثر من موظفي وزارة البلدية والتخطيط العمراني، يصدر بندبهم وتحديد مكافآتهم قرار من وزير البلدية والتخطيط العمراني يمنح رئيس ونائب رئيس وأعضاء اللجنة مكافآت شهرية على النحو التالي: - رئيس اللجنة: (4000) أربعة آلاف ريال. - نائب رئيس اللجنة: (2500) ألفان وخمسمائة ريال، وفي حال توليه رئاسة أي من اجتماعات اللجنة، يضاف إلى مكافأته الشهرية (500) خمسمائة ريال. - عضو اللجنة: (2500) ألفان وخمسمائة ريال. وإذا تخلف رئيس اللجنة أو نائبه أو أحد أعضائها عن حضور أحد الاجتماعات خصم منه ربع مبلغ المكافأة عن كل اجتماع تخلف عنه. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القرار. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
