Decree No 26 of 2011 on the Ratification of the Air Services Agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of Georgia التشريعات | مرسوم رقم (26) لسنة 2011 بالتصديق على اتفاقية خدمات جوية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جورجيا

The Air Services Agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of Georgia, signed in Doha on 15/2/2011, enclosed herewith, shall be ratified and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. All concerned bodies, each within its own jurisdiction, shall implement this decree which shall come into force three months from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette . --- صُودق على اتفاقية خدمات جوية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جورجيا، الموقعة بمدينة الدوحة بتاريخ 15/2/2011، المرفق نصها بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لها قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة ( 68 ) من الدستور. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا المرسوم. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
