Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Abdullah Khazeim Alkhazeim, Market observer III, of the Ministry of Business and Trade, shall be vested with the powers of judicial enforcement officer , in relation to the control and proving of crimes committed in violation of the provisions of Law referred to above. and the implementing decisions thereof: All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- يكون لموظف وزارة الأعمال والتجارة/ عبدالله محمد عبدالله خزيم الخزيم- مراقب أسواق ثالث- صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي، في ضبط وإثبات الجرائم التي تقع بالمخالفة لأحكام القوانين المشار إليها والقرارات المنفذة لها. على جميع الجهات المُختصة، كُلٍ فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القرار، ويعمل به من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
