Resolution No. 30 of 2014, Granting Certain Officials of the Ministry of Environment the Powers of Judicial Enforcement Officers (ombudsmen) التشريعات | قرار رقم (30) لسنة 2014 بتخويل بعض موظفي وزارة البيئة صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي

The names of employees of the Ministry of Environment enumerated in the following table shall be vested with the powers of judicial enforcement officers, in relation to the control and proving of crimes committed in violation of the provisions of the Law referred to, and the implementing decisions thereof: SNO Name Job title 1 2 3 4 5 Abdel-Moneim Mohammed Al Shenawi Khalifa Ali Asad Al Ansari Adel Fattah Al Rahman Babiker Ashraf Al Said Abdel-Fattah Yasar Mubdi Al attallah An agricultural engineer II An agricultural engineer II Geologist An agricultural engineer II An agricultural engineer II All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- يكون لموظفي وزارة البيئة التالية أسماؤهم صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي، في ضبط واثبات الجرائم التي تقع بالمخالفة لأحكام القانون المُشار إليه والقرارات المنفذة له وهم: م الإسم المسمى الوظيفي 1 عبدالمنعم محمد الشناوي مهندس زراعي ثاني 2 خليفة علي أسد الأنصاري مهندس زراعي ثاني 3 عادل قتح الرحمن بابكر أخصائي جيولوجي 4 أشرف السيد عبدالفتاح مهندس زراعي ثاني 5 يسار مبدي العطالله مهندس زراعي ثاني على جميع الجهات المُختصة كُلٍ فيما يَخُصه، تَنفيذ هذا القرار، ويُعمل بهِ من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
