Decree No. 24 of 2011 on the Ratification of the Headquarters Agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Criminal Information Center to Combat Drugs (CICCD) –Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) التشريعات | مرسوم رقم (24) لسنة 2011 بالتصديق على اتفاقية المقر بين حكومة دولة قطر ومركز المعلومات الجنائية لمكافحة المخدرات لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية

The Headquarters Agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Criminal Information Center to Combat Drugs (CICCD) -Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), signed in Riyadh on 31/1/2011, a copy of which is annexed hereto, shall be ratified and shall have the full force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. All relevant authorities, each within its field of competence, shall enforce this Decree, which shall come into force on the date of its issuance. This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- صُودق على اتفاقية المقر بين حكومة دولة قطر ومركز المعلومات الجنائية لمكافحة المخدرات لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، الموقعة بمدينة الرياض بتاريخ 31/1/2011، المرفق نصها بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لها قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة ( 68 ) من الدستور. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا المرسوم. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
