The project (Development of the Intersection of Suhaim Bin Hamad Street with Al-Rayyan Road), the location and details of the foregoing are illustrated in the memorandum and site plan annexed to this Resolution, shall be deemed to be one of the works for the public benefit. The boundaries and milestones of the expropriated properties shall be determined geometrically in accordance with what is contained in the annexed site plan . All the competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. --- يعتبر من أعمال المنفعة العامة «مشروع تطوير تقاطع شارع سحيم بن حمد مع طريق الريان»، الموضح موقعه وتفاصيله بالمذكرة و المخطط التخطيطي المرفقين بهذا القرار. تتعين هندسيا حدود ومعالم العقارات المطلوب نزع ملكيتها وفقا لما تضمنه الرسم التخطيطي المرفق. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القرار. ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
