Resolution No 7 of 2012 by the Minister of Business and Trade to establish a Qatari Shareholding Company under the name - A-Shaheen Distribution Company Limited ASH DC التشريعات | قرار وزير الأعمال والتجارة رقم (7) لسنة 2012 بتأسيس شركة مساهمة قطرية باسم/ الشاهين للتوزيع المحدودة

A-Shaheen Holding, the founder named in the Memorandum and Articles of Association annexed hereto, shall be authorized to establish a company called "A-Shaheen Distribution Company Limited ( ASH DC)" with a capital of one hundred thousand (100,000) Qatari Riyals. A-Shaheen Holding shall comply with the provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association annexed hereto, with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law and its amendments referred to above, and with other applicable laws not provided for in the Memorandum and Articles of Association. All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall execute this resolution, which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette . --- يُرخص للمؤسس الوارد أسمه في عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي المرفقين أن يؤسس (شركة مساهمة قطرية) تسمى شركة "الشاهين للتوزيع المحدودة"، برأس مال وقدره (100,000) ريال قطري. على المؤسس الالتزام بأحكام عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي المرفق نصهما بهذا القرار، وبأحكام قانون الشركات التجارية وتعديلاته المشار إليه، والقوانين الأخرى المعمول بها فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص في عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي . على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه تنفيذ هذا القرار، ويعمل به اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
