Decree No. 15 of 2011 on the Ratification of an Agreement on Avoidance of Double Taxation between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of the Sudan التشريعات | مرسوم رقم (15) لسنة 2011 بالتصديق على اتفاقية بشأن تجنب الازدواج الضريبي بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية السودان

The Agreement on the Avoidance of Double Taxation between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of the Sudan, having been ratified and signed in Khartoum on 06/30/1998, a copy of which is annexed to this Decree, shall have the full force of the law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. All competent authorities, each within their own jurisdiction, shall execute this Decree, the implementation of which shall take effect from the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette . --- صُودق على اتفاقية بشأن تجنب الازدواج الضريبي بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية السودان، الموقعة بمدينة الخرطوم بتاريخ 30/6/1998، المرفق نصها بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لها قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة ( 68 ) من الدستور. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا المرسوم. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
