Decree-Law No. 15 of 2013 Amending Certain Provisions of Law No. 4 of 2008 Regarding Property Leasing التشريعات | مرسوم بقانون رقم (15) لسنة 2013 بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم (4) لسنة 2008 بشأن إيجار العقارات

The text of Article 21 of the aforesaid Law No. 4 of 2008 shall be replaced with the following text: “Article 21 A committee or committees entitled the “Committee for Settlement of Rental Disputes” shall be established at the Ministry, to be headed by a judge holding the position of “Chief Justice of the Court of First Instance” to be elected by the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, whose formation and determination of its remuneration shall be issued by a resolution of the Council of Ministers.” All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Law which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette . --- يُستبدل بنص المادة ( 21 ) من القانون رقم (4) لسنة 2008 المشار إليه، النص التالي: مادة (21) : "تُنشأ بالوزارة لجنة أو أكثر تسمى "لجنة فض المنازعات الإيجارية"، تكون برئاسة قاض بدرجة رئيس بالمحكمة الابتدائية يختاره المجلس الأعلى للقضاء، ويصدر بتشكيلها وتحديد مكافأتها قرار من مجلس الوزراء." على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القانون. ويعمل به من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
