The Agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of FiscalEvasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital, and the Annexed Protocol thereto, signed in Luxembourg City on 03 July 2009, copies of which are annexed to this Decree, are hereby ratified and shall have the full force of the law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this Decree which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- صُودق على اتفاقية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة دوقية لوكسمبورغ الكبرى لتجنب الازدواج الضريبي ومنع التهرب المالي فيما يتعلق بالضرائب على الدخل وعلى رأس المال، و البروتوكول المرفق بها، الموقع عليهما بمدينة لوكسمبورغ بتاريخ 3/7/2009، المرفق نصهما بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لهما قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة ( 68 ) من الدستور. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا المرسوم. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
