The following employees of the Ministry of Business and Trade , shall be vested with the powers of judicial enforcement officers to control and investigate crimes committed, infringing the provisions of the aforesaid Law No. 12 of 1972 , Law No. 19 of 2006 and Law No. 8 of 2008 and amending laws thereof: SN Name Job Title 1.
