The following text shall be replaced with the text of Article 1 of Decree No. 54 of 1995 referred to above: “ Article 1 The Accession of the State of Qatar to the Convention on the Rights of the Child adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations in its plenary session No. 61 on 20 November 1989 has been approved, a copy of which is annexed to this Decree, and shall have the full force of the law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution, with the reservation to the provisions of Articles 2 and 14 of the Convention.” All competent authorities, each within their jurisdiction, shall enforce this Decree which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. --- يستبدل بنص المادة ( 1 ) من المرسوم رقم (54) لسنة 1995 المشار إليه، النص التالي: مادة (1) : "ووفق على انضمام دولة قطر إلى اتفاقية حقوق الطفل التي أقرتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في جلستها العامة (61) بتاريخ 20 نوفمبر 1989 المرفق نصها بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لها قوة القانون وفقاً للمادة ( 68 ) من الدستور، مع التحفظ على أحكام المادتين ( 2 )، ( 14 ) من الاتفاقية." على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا المرسوم. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
