Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Jamal Al Sayegh, Market observer IV, Department of Consumer Protection, at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce shall be vested with the powers of judicial enforcement officer to sieze and investigate offences committed in violation of the provisions of the laws referred to herein above, and the executive resolutions thereof. All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette . --- يكون للسيد/محمد احمد محمد جمل الصايغ (مراقب أسواق رابع) بوزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي، في ضبط وإثبات الجرائم التي تقع بالمخالفة لأحكام القوانين المشار إليها والقرارات المنفذة لها. على جميع الجهات المُختصة كُلٍ فيما يَخُصه، تَنفيذ هذا القرار، ويُعمل بهِ من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
