The two companies identified in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association enclosed with this Resolution are hereby authorised to establish together a Qatari shareholding company called Qatar Railways Development Company (QRDC), with a capital of twenty one million (21,000,000) Qatari Riyals. The founders shall commit to the provisions of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association , copies of which are enclosed with this Resolution; to the provisions of Law of Commercial Companies referred to above; and to other applicable Laws in matters not provided for in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Associatio n. All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. --- يُرخص للشركتين الوارد إسماهما في عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي المرفقين أن يؤسسا فيما بينهما (شركة مساهمة خاصة) تسمى "شركة تطوير سكك الحديد القطرية" برأس مال قدره (21,000,000) واحد وعشرين مليون ريالاً قطرياً. على المؤسسين الإلتزام بأحكام عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي المرفق نصهما بهذا القرار، وبأحكام قانون الشركات التجارية المشار إليه، والقوانين الأخرى المعمول بها فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص في عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي . على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القرار. ويعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية. وتفضلوا بقبول فائق الإحترام،،
