The following officials of the Ministry of Business and Trade, each within his own capacity, shall be vested with the powers of judicial enforcement officers to control and investigate offences committed in violation of the provisions of the laws referred to herein above, and the decisions issued for the implementation thereof: SNO Name Job title 1 2 3 Abdullah Hadi Jaber Sahl Al-Marri Osman Omar Abu Bakr Ali Akbari Saleh Mohammed al-Saadi Markets observer iv Markets observer iii Markets observer i All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- يكون لموظفي وزارة الأعمال والتجارة التالية أسماؤهم، صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي، في ضبط واثبات الجرائم التي تقع بالمخالفة لإحكام القوانين المُشار إليه والقرارات المنفذة لها وهم: م الإسم المسمى الوظيفي 1 عبدالله هادي جابر سهل المري مراقب أسواق رابع 2 عثمان عمر أبو بكر علي العكبري مراقب أسواق ثالث 3 صالح محمد السعدي مفتش أسواق أول على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القرار، ويعمل به من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
