Mr. Hajib Nasser Abdullah Saji Al Dosari (Market supervisor IV, at the Department of Consumer Protection, Ministry of Economy and Commerce, shall be vested with the powers of judicial enforcement officers to control and investigate offences committed in violation of the provisions of the laws referred to herein above, and the executive resolutions thereof. All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette . --- يكون لموظف وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة/ حجاب ناصر عبدالله ساجي الدوسري (مراقب اسواق رابع بإدارة حماية المستهلك) صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي في ضبط وإثبات الجرائم التي تقع بالمُخالفة لأحكام القوانين المُشار إليها والقرارات المُنفذه لها. على جميع الجهات المُختصة كُلٍ فيما يَخُصه، تَنفيذ هذا القرار، ويُعمل بهِ من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
