The following employees of the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning, shall be vested with the powers of judicial enforcement officers to control and investigate crimes committed, infringing the provisions of the aforesaid Law No. 3 of 1975 , and executive resolutions thereof: SN Name Job Title 1. Saud Faisal Rashid Al Nuaimi Markets Controller All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- يكون لموظفي وزارة البلدية والتخطيط العمراني التالية أسماؤهم، صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي في ضبط واثبات الجرائم التي تقع بالمخالفة لأحكام القانون رقم (3) لسنة 1975م ، المُشار إليه والقرارات المنفذة له وهم: م الاسم المسمي الوظيفي 1 جاسم نجم علي أحمد الخليفي أمين مخزن أول 2 عبدالله حمد عبدالله آل خليفة باحث شؤون مالية أول 3 راشد محمد غالب الدوسري إداري أملاك دولة 4 جارالله جابر حمد البريدي مراقب أمن مساعد 5 ناصر حمد عبدالله آل خليفة أخصائي شؤون إدارية أول 6 محمد منصور مبارك الخيارين مراقب أسواق 7 سعود فيصل راشد النعيمي مراقب أسواق على جميع الجهات المُختصة كُلٍ فيما يَخُصه، تَنفيذ هذا القرار، ويُعمل بهِ من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
