The remunerations of membership and the attendance allowances prescribed for members of the established committees in the Ministries and other government agencies shall be abolished. The remunerations may be granted to certain joint committees or specialised technical committees according to the requirements of the public interest. The conditions which shall be met in such committees and the rules of granting remunerations for their members shall be determined by a resolution of the Council of Ministers upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance, Economy and Commerce. Each provision that violates the provisions of this Law shall be rescinded All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this Law which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. --- تلغى مكافآت العضوية وبدلات الحضور المقررة لأعضاء اللجان القائمة في الوزارات والأجهزة الحكومية الأخرى. يجوز منح مكافآت لبعض اللجان المشتركة أو اللجان الفنية المتخصصة وفقاً لمقتضيات المصلحة العامة. وتحدد بقرار من مجلس الوزراء، بناء على اقتراح وزير المالية والاقتصاد والتجارة الشروط الواجب توافرها في تلك اللجان وقواعد منح المكافآت لأعضائها. يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا القانون. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القانون. ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره. في الجريدة الرسمية.
