The citizens of the States of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) shall be allowed to exercise the following economic activities in accordance with the controls stipulated in Law No. 6 of 1988 referred to above: Commitment to Supply: the contractor shall supply quantities of goods and items to others periodically or regularly. Marketing Services: an economic activity whereby institutions, companies or specialised offices shall offer marketing services, excluding sale or purchase, for goods and products of others for a commission or agreed fee. Weight and Measurement: weighing and measuring goods by contract for an undisclosed wage. Cleaning Services: contracts under which the contractor ensures the cleanliness of a public or private property over a certain period for an agreed fee. All competent authorities, each in their respective jurisdiction, shall enforce this Law from 1 March 1990 and it shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- يسمح لمواطني دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية بممارسة الأنشطة الاقتصادية الآتي بيانها، وفقاً لضوابط المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم (6) لسنة 1988 المشار إليه: (أ) التعهد بالتزويد (التوريد): ويقصد به قيام المتعهد بتوريد كميات من السلع والأصناف للغير، بصفة دورية أو منتظمة. (ب) خدمات التسويق للغير: وهو نشاط اقتصادي بموجبه تتولى المؤسسات أو الشركات أو المكاتب المتخصصة خدمات تسويق بضائع ومنتجات الغير مقابل عمولة أو أجر متفق عليه، على أن لا يشمل ذلك البيع أو الشراء. (ج) الوزن والكيل: ويقصد به إجراء الوزن أو الكيل، على وجه المقاولة مقابل أجر معلوم. (د) خدمات النظافة: وتتمثل في عقود يلتزم بمقتضاها المتعاقد بتأمين النظافة لجهة عامة أو خاصة، لفترة معينة مقابل أجر معين. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القانون. اعتباراً من أول مارس 1990م، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
