Mr. Mohammed Faraj Mutab Juma Al Kubaisi, official of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce shall be vested with the powers of judicial enforcement officers in relation to the control and proving of crimes committed in violation of the provisions of th Law referred to herein, and the implementing resolutions thereof. All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette . --- يكون لموظف وزارة البلدية والتخطيط العمراني/ محمد فرج متعب جمعة الكبيسي، صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي في ضبط وإثبات الجرائم التي تقع بالمُخالفة لأحكام القوانين، المُشار إليها والقرارات المُنفذة لها. على جميع الجهات المُختصة كُلٍ فيما يخُصه. تنفيذ هذا القرار، ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
