Decree-Law No. 24 of 1995 Abolishing the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Housing and Re-Distributing its Competencies التشريعات | مرسوم بقانون رقم (24) لسنة 1995 بإلغاء وزارة العمل والشئون الاجتماعية والإسكان وتوزيع اختصاصاتها

The Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Housing shall be abolished and its competencies re-distributed as described in this Law. The following administrative units shall be added to the bodies assigned thereto: Department of Cooperation: The Ministry of Finance, Economy and Commerce; Department of Social Affairs: The Ministry of Endowment and Islamic Affairs; Department of Housing: The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture; Department of Labour: The Civil Service Bureau. 1. The departments referred to in the previous Article shall practise the same competencies in the bodies added thereto that were authorised under Decree-Law No. 21 of 1990 referred to above. The employees and workers of such departments shall be transferred to these bodies with the same grades and financial status. The Civil Service Bureau shall settle the status of the rest of the employees and workers of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Housing. Until such settlement is done, such employees and workers shall be transferred to the Civil Service Bureau with the same grades and financial status. Each provision that violates the provisions of this Law and Decree-Law No. 21 of 1990 referred to above shall be rescinded All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this Law which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. --- تلغى وزارة العمل والشئون الاجتماعية والاسكان. ويعاد توزيع اختصاصاتها على النحو المبين في هذا القانون. تضاف الوحدات الإدارية التالية إلى الجهات المبينة قرين كل منها: إدارة التعاون - وزارة المالية والاقتصاد والتجارة إدارة الشئون الاجتماعية - وزارة الأوقاف والشئون الإسلامية إدارة الإسكان - وزارة الشئون البلدية والزراعة. إدارة العمل - ديوان الخدمة المدنية. تمارس الإدارات المشار إليها في المادة السابقة، في الجهات المضافة إليها، نفس الاختصاصات التي كانت مخولة لها بمقتضى المرسوم بقانون رقم (21) لسنة 1990 المشار إليه. وينقل موظفوها وعمالها إلى هذه الجهات بنفس درجاتهم وأوضاعهم المالية. يتولى ديوان الخدمة المدنية تسوية أوضاع باقي موظفي وعمال وزارة العمل والشئون الاجتماعية والإسكان، وإلى أن يتم ذلك ينقل هؤلاد الموظفون والعمال إلى ديوان الخدمة المدنية بنفس درجاتهم وأوضاعهم المالية. وينقل موظفوها وعمالها إلى هذه الجهات بنفس درجاتهم وأوضاعهم المالية. يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا القانون. كما يلغى المرسوم قانون ( 211 ) 1990 بتنظيم وزارة العمل والشئون الاجتماعية والإسكان وتعيين اختصاصاتها. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القانون. ويعمل به ويعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
