Law No. 5 of 2013 Amending Certain Provisions of Law No. 12 of 1972 on Mandatory Pricing and Fixing of Profits التشريعات | قانون رقم (5) لسنة 2013 بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم (12) لسنة 1972 بشأن التسعير الجبري وتحديد الأرباح

The Words “Ministry of Business and Trade”, “Minister of Business and Trade” and “Competent Department at the Ministry” shall be replaced with “Ministry of Finance, Economy and Trade”, “Minister of Finance, Economy and Trade” and “Department of Specifications, Standards and Consumer Protection”, respectively, wherever they are mentioned in Law No. 12 of 1997 referred to above. The texts of Article 2 -3 and Article 10 -1 of Law No. 12 of 1972 referred to above must be replaced with the following texts: “Article 2 - 3 3. Formation by a decision, which shall be published in the Official Gazette, of one or more committees to set the maximum prices of some goods, services, wages and profit ratios referred to in the preceding article.” “ Article 10 - 3 The employees of the competent department of the Ministry of Business and Trade, who are assigned as judicial enforcement officers by a decision of the GeneralProsecution in agreement with the Minister, shall prove the offences committed in violation of the provisions of this Law.” All competent authorities, each within their respective jurisdiction, shall enforce this law and it shall be published in the Official Gazette . --- تُستبدل عبارات "وزارة الأعمال والتجارة" و"وزير الأعمال والتجارة" و"الإدارة المختصة بالوزارة"، بعبارات "وزارة المالية والاقتصاد والتجارة" و"وزير المالية والاقتصاد والتجارة" و"إدارة المواصفات والمقاييس وحماية المستهلك"، على التوالي، أينما وردت في القانون رقم (12) لسنة 1972 المشار إليه. يُستبدل بنصي المادتين ( 2 بند 3)، ( 10 / فقرة أولى) من القانون رقم (12) لسنة 1972 المشار إليه، النصان التاليان: مادة (2 بند 3) : "3- تشكيل لجنة أو أكثر تتولى تعيين الحد الأقصى لأسعار بعض السلع والخدمات والأجور ونسب الربح المشار إليها في المادة السابقة، وذلك بقرار منها يُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية." مادة (10/ فقرة أولى) : "يكون لموظفي الإدارة المختصة بوزارة الأعمال والتجارة، الذين يصدر بتخويلهم صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي، قرار من النائب العام بالاتفاق مع الوزير، ضبط وإثبات الجرائم التي تقع بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون." على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القانون. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
