Mr. Mohammed Mubarak Rashid Mohammed Al-amri, Markets observer- IV, at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce - shall be vested with the powers of judicial officer (ombudsman) , to seize, control and prove offences committed in violation of the provisions of the laws referred to above and the resolutions issued for the implementation thereof . All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette . --- يكون للسيد/ محمد مبارك راشد محمد العامري- مراقب أسواق رابع بوزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي في ضبط واثبات الجرائم التي تقع بالمخالفة المُشار إليها والقرارات المنفذة لها. على جميع الجهات المُختصة كُلٍ فيما يَخُصه، تَنفيذ هذا القرار، ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
