Resolution of the Minister of Business and Trade No. 6 of 2012 on the Formation of a Private Qatari Joint Stock Company called “Burhan United Contracting” التشريعات | قرار وزير الأعمال والتجارة رقم (6) لسنة 2012 بتأسيس شركة مساهمة قطرية خاصة باسم/ برهان المتحدة للمقاولات

The founders, whose names are contained in the enclosed Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, are hereby licensed to form a private Qatari joint stock company to be called “Burhan United Contracting”, with a capital of two million (2,000,000) Qatari Riyals. The founders shall abide by the provisions of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Associationen closed herewith, by the provisions of the aforesaid Law of Commercial Companies and the amendments thereto, and by all other laws wherever th e Memorandum of Association and Articles of Associationen All competent authorities, each within their jurisdiction, shall enforce this law from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette . --- يُرخص للمؤسسين الوارد أسمائهم في عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي المرفقين أن يؤسسوا (شركة مساهمة قطرية خاصة) تسمى شركة "برهان المتحدة للمقاولات"، برأس مال وقدره (2,000,000) ريال قطري. على المؤسسين الالتزام بأحكام عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي المرفق نصهما بهذا القرار، وبأحكام قانون الشركات التجارية وتعديلاته المشار إليه، والقوانين الأخرى المعمول بها فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص في عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي . على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه تنفيذ هذا القرار، ويعمل به اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
