Decree No. 24 of 2012 regarding the Ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding on Economic, Commercial, and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg التشريعات | مرسوم رقم (24) لسنة 2012 بالتصديق على مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري والفني بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة دوقية لوكسمبورج

The Memorandum of Understanding on economic, commercial, and technical cooperation between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, signed in Luxembourg City on 09 June 2011, has been ratified, a copy of which is annexed to this Decree, and shall have the full force of the Law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Decree which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- صُودق على مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري والفني بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة دوقية لوكسمبورج، الموقعة بمدينة لوكسمبورج بتاريخ 9/6/2011، المرفق نصها بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لها قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة ( 68 ) من الدستور. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا المرسوم. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
