The Memorandum of Understanding on Co-operation in the Development of Policing Capabilities with Regard to Preventing, Detecting and Investigating Crime and Maintaining Security between the Ministry of Interior in the State of Qatar and the Metropolitan Police Service,London, signed in London on 28September 2009 , a copy of which is annexed to this Decree,is hereby ratified and shall have the full force of the law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this Decree which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette --- صُودق على مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في تطوير القدرات الشرطية المتصلة بمنع وكشف وتحري الجرائم وحفظ الأمن بين وزارة الداخلية بدولة قطر وإدارة شرطة العاصمة الكبرى- لندن- الميتروبوليتان، الموقعة بمدينة لندن بتاريخ 28/9/2009، المرفق نصها بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لها قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة ( 68 ) من الدستور. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا المرسوم. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
