Ms. Khlood Emad Mohammed Hassan Ahal, Markets Observer IV, at the Consumer Protection Department, Ministry of Economy and Commerce, shall be granted the status of law enforcement officer in order to investigate crimes committed in violation of the provisions of the laws and resolutions referred to above and the resolutions issued for the implementation thereof. All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- يكون لموظفة وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة / خلود عماد محمد حسن أهل (مراقب أسواق رابع بإدارة حماية المستهلك) صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي في ضبط وإثبات الجرائم التي تقع بالمُخالفة لأحكام القوانين المُشار إليها والقرارات المُنفذه لها. على جميع الجهات المُختصة كُلٍ فيما يَخُصه، تَنفيذ هذا القرار، ويُعمل بهِ من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
