The Agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) on the granting of privileges and immunities to the INTERPOL staff during the two sessions of the Executive Committee and the General Assembly both to be held in Doha on 5-11 November 2010, signed in Lyon on 16 November 2009, and enclosed herewith, is hereby ratified and shall have the full force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall implement this Resolution as from the date of issuance and publication in the Official Gazette . --- صُودق على اتفاقية بين حكومة دولة قطر والمنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية (إنتربول) بشأن منح امتيازات وحصانات لموظفي المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية خلال دورتي اللجنة التنفيذية والجمعية العامة اللتين ستعقدان في الدوحة من 5 إلى 11 تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر عام 2010، الموقعة بمدينة ليون بتاريخ 16/11/2009، المرفق نصها بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لها قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة ( 68 ) من الدستور. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا المرسوم. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
