Resolution of the Minister of Business and Trade No. 5 of 2012 on the Formation of a Private Qatari Joint Stock company entitled “Qatar Steel International” التشريعات | قرار وزير الأعمال والتجارة رقم (5) لسنة 2012 بتأسيس شركة مساهمة قطرية خاصة باسم/ قطر ستيل انترناشونال

The founders whose names are enumerated in the attached Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association are hereby licensed to form a private Qatari joint stock company to be called 'Qatar Steel International', with a capital of Ten Million (10,000,000) Qatari Riyals. The founders shall abide by the provisions of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association attached hereto, by the provisions of the aforesaid law regarding commercial companies , the amendments thereto and all other legislation wherever the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association remain silent. All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this law from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette . --- يُرخص للمؤسسين الواردة أسمائهم في عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي المرفقين أن يؤسسوا (شركة مساهمة قطرية خاصة) تسمى شركة "قطر ستيل انترناشونال"، برأس مال وقدره (10,000,000) ريال قطري. على المؤسسين الالتزام بأحكام عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي المرفق نصهما بهذا القرار، وبأحكام قانون الشركات التجارية وتعديلاته المشار إليه، والقوانين الأخرى المعمول بها فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص في عقد التأسيس و النظام الأساسي . على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه تنفيذ هذا القرار، ويعمل به اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
