Mr. Saleh Mohammad Saleh Sabran Alkerby, Market supervisor (IV) at the Department of Consumer Protection, shall be vested with the powers of judicial enforcement officer to control and investigate offences committed in violation of the provisions of the laws referred to herein above, and the implementing resolutions thereof. All competent authorities, each in his own jurisdiction, shall enforce this resolution, and shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- يكون لموظف وزارة الأعمال والتجارة/ صالح محمد صالح صبران الكربي (مراقب اسواق رابع بإدارة حماية المستهلك) صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي في ضبط وإثبات الجرائم التي تقع بالمُخالفة لأحكام القوانين المُشار إليها والقرارات المُنفذه لها. على جميع الجهات المُختصة كُلٍ فيما يَخُصه، تَنفيذ هذا القرار، ويُعمل بهِ من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
