The Agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar, and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria on the Abolition of Visa Requirements for Diplomatic and Special Passport Holders, signed in Doha on 2/10/2011, shall be ratified by, annexed to, and read with this decree and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. All concerned authorities, each within their own jurisdiction, shall execute this decree, which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette . --- صُودق على اتفاقية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية بلغاريا حول إلغاء متطلبات التأشيرة لحاملي جوازات السفر الدبلوماسية والخاصة، الموقعة بمدينة الدوحة بتاريخ 2/10/2011، المرفق نصها بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لها قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة ( 68 ) من الدستور. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا المرسوم. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
