Law No. 11 of 2013 Amending Certain Provisions of Law No. 14 of 1999 Concerning Weapons, Ammunition and Explosives التشريعات | قانون رقم (11) لسنة 2013 بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم (14) لسنة 1999 بشأن الأسلحة والذخائر والمتفجرات

An Article numbered (3 bis 2) shall be added to Law No. 14 of 1999, referred to above, to be read as follows: “Article 3 (bis 2) Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles ( 2 ), ( 3 ) and ( 4 ) of this Law, the Minister may allow security personnel on-board ships to possessor acquire firearms and their ammunition as listed in Schedule 2 , section 1 andsection 2, items (1 and 2) attached herein.The controls of useand carriage of such weapons and their inspection shall be issued bya decisionof the Minister.The captain of the ship shall be responsible ofkeepingsuch firearms and their ammunition inside the ship. ” All competent authorities, each within their competence, shall execute this law which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette . --- تُضاف مادة برقم (3 مكرراً 2) إلى القانون رقم (14) لسنة 1999 المشار إليه، يكون نصها التالي: مادة (3 مكرراً 2): "استثناءً من أحكام المواد ( 2 )، ( 3 )، ( 4 ) من هذا القانون، يجوز للوزير السماح لأفراد الأمن على السفن، بحيازة وإحراز الأسلحة النارية وذخائرها المبينة في القسم الأول وفي البندين رقمي (1)، (2) من القسم الثاني من الجدول رقم (2) المرفق بهذا القانون، ويصدر بضوابط حمل واستعمال هذه الأسلحة وحفظها والتفتيش عليها قرار من الوزير، ويكون ربان السفينة هو المسؤول عن حفظ الأسلحة النارية وذخائرها داخل السفينة." على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القانون. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
