The following employees of the Ministry of Economy and Finance shall be vested with the powers of judicial enforcement officers to control and investigate crimes committed, in fringing the provisions of the aforesaid Law on Income Tax , and the executive resolutions thereof: SN Name Job Title 1. Sharif Ahmed Fahmi Revenue and Taxes Professional 2. Noora Yousif Alobaidly Senior Tax Assessor 3. Noora Mohammed Al Dosari Senior Tax Assessor 4. Maha Ibrahim Al Mahmood Senior Accountant 5. Tarfa Hussein Al-Hussein Tax Assessor 6. Faten Ali Ahmed Tax Assessor The status of Judicial Enforcement Officers accordedunder the Attorney General's Resolution No. 61 of 2010 , to Ms. Mona Ali Al Kuwari, former employee of the Ministry of Economy and Finance is hereby revoked. All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. --- يكون لموظفي وزارة الإقتصاد والمالية التالية أسماؤهم، صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي في ضبط وإثبات الجرائم التي تُرتكب بالمخالفة لأحكام قانون الضريبة على الدخل المُشار إليه والقرارات المنفذة له وهم: م الاسم المسمي الوظيفي 1 شريف أحمد فهمي خبير إيرادات وضرائب 2 نورة يوسف العبيدلي فاحص ضريبي أول 3 نورة محمد الدوسري فاحص ضريبي أول 4 مها إبراهيم المحمود محاسب أول 5 طرفا حسين الحسين فاحص ضريبي 6 فاتن علي أحمد فاحص ضريبي تلغى صفة مأموري الضبط الممنوحة للسيدة/ منى علي الكواري _ الموظفة السابقة بوزارة، الإقتصاد والمالية والسابق منحها لها بموجب قرار النائب العام رقم (61) لسنة 2010 م، على جميع الجهات المُختصة، كُلٍ فيما يَخُصه، تَنفيذ هذا القرار، ويُعمل بهِ من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
