An Agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Avoiding Double Taxation and Preventing Income Tax Evasion, signed in Doha City on 8/03/2009 and attached to this decree, has been ratified and shall have the force of law according to Article 68 of the Constitution. . All concerned authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall implement this decree which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette . . --- صُودق على اتفاقية بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية فيتنام الاشتراكية بشأن تجنب الازدواج الضريبي ومنع التهرب المالي فيما يتعلق بالضرائب على الدخل، الموقعة بمدينة الدوحة بتاريخ 8/3/2009، المرفق نصها بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لها قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة ( 68 ) من الدستور. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا المرسوم. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
