The ownership project of Lots nos. 51090006 and 51090017, located in the Gharafah region (51), as illustrated on the memorandum and layout attached hereto , is hereby deemed an affair of public benefit The limits and landmarks of the property to be expropriated shall be determined as illustrated in the attached schematic layout. All competent authorities, each within their jurisdiction, shall enforce this law from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. --- يعتبر من أعمال المنفعة العامة مشروع استملاك القسيمتين رقمي (51090006)، (51090017) والواقعتين بمنطقة الغرافة (51) الموضحة تفاصيلهما وموقعهما بالمذكرة و المخطط التوجيهي المرفقين بهذا القرار. تتعين حدود ومعالم العقار المراد نزع ملكيته بما تضمنه الرسم التخطيطي المرفق. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القرار، ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
