The Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in the field of Exhibitions and Conferences between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the State of Kuwait, signed in Doha on 4/4/2005, a copy of which is annexed to this Decree is hereby ratified and shall have the full force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. All competent authorities, each within their own jurisdiction, shall execute this Decree, the implementation of which shall take effect from the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette . --- صُودق على مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في مجال المعارض والمؤتمرات بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة دولة الكويت، الموقعة بمدينة الدوحة بتاريخ 4/4/2005، المرفق نصها بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لها قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة ( 68 ) من الدستور. على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا المرسوم. ويُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
