Компания является юридическим лицом, действует на основании Закона РСФСР " О предприятиях и предпринимательской деятельности " и устава. 2. Росагрохим является самостоятельным производственно-хозяйственным комплексом и осуществляет свою деятельность на принципах хозяйственного расчета, самофинансирования, валютной самоокупаемости и самоуправления. Президент РСФСР Б.Ельцин 29 октября 1991 года № 69-рп
