Принять предложение администраций Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа, Тюменской и Омской областей и трудовых коллективов об учреждении открытого акционерного общества "Сибирская нефтяная компания" (АО "Сибнефть") с включением в его состав акционерных обществ открытого типа "Ноябрьскнефтегаз", "Омский нефтеперерабатывающий завод", "Ноябрьскнефтегазгеофизика" и "Омскнефтепродукт". 2. Правительству Российской Федерации предусмотреть при учреждении АО "Сибнефть" закрепление в федеральной собственности сроком на три года 51 процента акций этой компании. 3.
